Founded in 2011, Guangzhou ChengYue Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional IMS PCB and Metal Core PCB manufacturer in China, specializing in high thermal conductivity PCB solutions for automotive electronics, LED lighting and power electronics applications.
With its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong ChengYue New Materials Co., Ltd. established in 2021, ChengYue has strengthened its capabilities in thermal conductive materials, IMS technology, PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly, providing one-stop thermal management solutions for global customers.
All products are manufactured and inspected according to IPC standards and comply with international quality requirements, including UL, RoHS, ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications. Our IMS and MCPCB products are widely used in automotive, LED, industrial and power applications, and exported to Europe, America and global markets.
